The 109157 has a 4 inch barrel.
The 109156 has the 4.5 inch barrel, which is what I am looking for...
Yes they both are on the site but nowhere else.

I belive they still are being made. At least I got mine back in August from Jensen's in Loveland, Colorado and that was NIB. I LOVE this pistol and it's probably my most serious contender to being my "USP-45 killer"...but I still like my USP a little better. I do like it enough though that it prompted me to buy an M&P22 as a low cost trainer as well. Here's my crappy pic of my M&Ps:
