First, this implies that all of us are in the group you suggest, and you want to hear
from some of the members.
Second, I wonder how the ladies feel about being categorized this way - maybe Digi-Shots
will offer a response ?!
As to your question, I think the information is in bits and pieces. There is a brochure,
that I have a copy of, from Ricky's Gun Shop, or something like that. He was a successor
operation to King.
As far as I know, King was a fine gunsmith who pioneered improved sights. He was also
a dealer in S&W's and Colts, among other guns. But - he was just one of lots of small
business's, and was only known in that small circle of shooters, etc. I don't think he
attracted world-wide attention, for example, even though he was well-known here in the US.
It's like trying to find out a lot of information about Kearserge grips. The man was a
fabulous wood-carver, but as far as I know, there is little public information about him.
