Do these grips make me look fat ?

Well if it works for you go for it.

Back in the 80s I took 3/8" off the bottom of some target grips ..... really reduces the overall bulk and still left me with a full grip. I wear a medium glove.

Course back then every LGS had boxes of $5 wood grips........

Rubber options are Pachmayr Compac or Compac Professional or Uncle Mike Boot Grips

LOL....really though, I like to carry my 10-5 but, I always found the maga type grips too small, not very comfortable. So the other day I found a set of targets in the back of the safe for a K frame, hmm, I tried them on, very nice firm feel, I like them even though I know that they don't belong on a 2" revolver. They may be large but fit my hand great. What say the hive? Sorry for the bad picture but I'm not a pro.
To answer the title of your post,
Yes.

It looks kinda funny, but if you can live with it, who cares?

I don't have large hands, and K frame targets are second only to the BHP as far as feeling good in my hand.

Looks good to me.
I wear an extra large glove and little dinky grips don't work very well for me.

If it is a carry gun as you stated, it won't matter how it looks because no one will see it. Then again if you have to draw down on a perp he will probably laugh til he pisses his pants and runs away. No shots fired. That a win in my book.

Oh, I disagree. I think he'll give up willingly, just so he can ask you all about your gun - so he can go out later and steal one of his own. :D

a trimmed set of targets would be better. I need a set of grips that come up a little higher to cover up a pitting line left by rubber grips. And as I told my ex, its the fat that makes you look fat.

The grips on my Model were made from out of a set of Herrett square butt checkered targets. Takes some work, but worth it. Post #28. Bob

I thought I'd try some Sq Butt Combats.

If you are carrying concealed. you might as well carry a 4" M19. You will get more power and a better sight radius with the M19. The size and shape of the gun butt dictates how well you a handgun "hides' beneath cover clothing.

If you are carrying in the open, by all means use the most comfortable grip you can find, regardless of shape or size.
