Do you carry a revolver for CCW? Which one?

442 usually. have a kahr pm9 that is starting to replace it though...

Have carried a Kahr PM9 for several years --but-- of late it has been my M&P 360. It carries great in my pocket and after years of all kinds of carry I've decided I prefer pocket carry and a VERY light J frame is the best!! My first 3 shots are 38+P and then the next two are 2 357mag. I'm sure this will be my carry choice for some time.

442 with the "FBI loads" routinely in the pocket. Usually augmented by a 4" Security Six .357/125 when out and about.

Don't expect trouble but still carry a spare tire and jack in the car, and keep up the insurance premiums. Tires and cars seem to have improved in my lifetime but human behavior seems to be in a race to the bottom some times.

I carry a 60-7 and a 4" 13-1 about equally; it just depends on what I'm wearing.

331 32 Magnum pre lock. I bobbed the hammer a few days ago. Been carrying it close to four years.

Usually rides in my front pocket or jacket.

Model 12; two inch and four inch versions. Generally, you carry them more than you shoot them. Accurate and slow in 38 special works for me; no overpenetration issues in urban environments.

I almost always carry my 342Ti but have been known to carry my 642 from time to time..
I rarely carry anything heavier but do hip carry my 940 sometimes..
I don't carry an Auto anymore, Used to have an HK P7M8 that's realy flat fast & accurate but sold it & moved on..
I have a realy nice Beretta but would figure it weighs more loaded than all three of my S&W Centennials

I carry a Kel Tec PF9, because I can dump seven 124 gr HP's down range and reload faster than I can my five shot J Frame. Plus I don't care if it gets dropped or damaged. When I feel fancy I might pack a $1000 revolver but usually it stays home to guard the safe.

432PD (.32 H&R Magnum)with a Seecamp .32ACP as back-up front pocket carry for both. As it gets colder, I'll probably go with my H&K P7 as the primary.

Regards,

Dave

Almost always carry one of my Sigs, but when I do want to carry a revolver it is a 640-1 or a Nickel 36 with a Tyler. I spend a lot of time fussing and obsessing over the revolvers though, and very little time on the Sigs. Interesting.

Smith & Wesson 940, the J-frame stainless 9mm revolver, using moonclips and with Crimson Trace Lasergrips.
