Do your better half CC,and what does She CC?

I'm six decades+ and so is the wife,she doesn't own her own pistol.I have plenty of them she can choose from to CC.She not out in the streets everyday carrying.When we go for walks she like to CC my G42 380 while I may be CC'ing one of my 40's 9mm ,.38 Special, .357 Magnum or my BG 380. I was just wondering if any of the forum's wives in their upper years CC and what they carry?

What's mine is hers and hers is mine. This goes for the firearms too. I bought her a shield 9 to carry. Then I bought a shield 40 for myself that she shoots better so she carries the 40 ever day.

She also built her own AR.

My wife, retired LEO, carries a Ruger LC9s Pro with Speer Gold Dot 147gr ammo and a spare magazine in her purse.

For a Christmas gift two years ago, I got my husband CC classes and a 9mm Shield. He just added a CZ PCR to his carry selection.

That's funny, my wife says what's mine is hers, what's hers is hers, what's our is hers.

She's in her early 50's and got her CWP last year. She picked out a Ruger LCR and carries it in a made for CC purse.

The better half carries a Chief Special M37 with Hogue grips (pink) loaded with Speer Gold Dot.

I am pushing seven decades and my wife is five decades. What is in the safe is ours. She has carried an S&W J-frame .357 magnum since 1992. Recently, she added a Sig P938 9mm to her carry options.

Various j and k frame .38s or a star 9mm auto. She's not at all afraid to shoot the 500 mag, but she prefers the accuracy and muzzle control she gets from the smaller rounds for a potential SD situation. Which I completely agree with.

with a Colt LWT Commander, then it was a Colt Cobra, then next a stainless Detective Spl.

Finally got her to see the light, and now it's a S&W 37...Oh, and sometimes S&W Model 39.

Who knows what's next.

I'm in the upper half of 6+ decades and so is my wife ..Conceal carry has only been a reality for us in Illinois for the past 3 years .. I got my CC License as soon as available .. but she didn't want to .. The main reason is Carpal Tunnel in both her wrists and it just hurts her too much shooting anything .. Its not right when she shoots but it effects her later and then for days before feeling better .. She's already had one operation and says she won't go through another .. Shooting seems to aggravate the problem more then about anything she does .. So she has decided she isn't going to shoot anymore ..

But that's not saying she wouldn't defend herself and shoot someone breaking into our home with one of the loaded hand guns placed in strategic places in our home ..

She carries a model 638 J-frame .38 special snub nose because she absolutely hates racking a slide. Not that she can't, she just doesn't like it. Her ammo is either Hornady Critical Defense or Winchester PDX1 Defender.

SWMBO is the lower half of 60+range, as am I. She carries a Gen 3 Glock 26 in a Pistol Packin' Mama CC purse normally, sometimes a Gen 2 Glock 19 the purse or 9mm LCR in the pocket. All three are on her CCW, the Glock 19 was her Duty Gun for 10 years. She EDC's even we are out together.

My wife carries a Model 60 with a CT laser grip. She tried a Glock but went back to the Model 60. She carries regularly in her purse or with the Undertech concealment pants. She says they are comfortable and secure.
