Putin will - he wants them to continue blocking Scandanavia from NATO. And Russian gas flows to Europe through Turkey.
I'll wait and see.
Could also be Chinese, Europe.
Or all.

Send me the aid. At 6:15 am today we had a 3.8 quake here in WNY. My dog is still going window to window growling.

All around the world, countries with less helped us and offered more after Hurricane Katrina.
There is a lot of suffering going on there and I don't think they care who lends aid.
And we have no say-so, so it really doesn't matter anyways. I'm all for helpin' a brother out if at all possible. Maybe some day, and I hope never, we may need a hand with something.
