Well, did you get the catheter or not?????
I did NOT!
Glad that you are OK, rides are replaceable. My nurse had the sense to fill me full of demorall before telling me I needed a catheter. I said "sure no problems".
The nurse told me the doctor had authorized morphine if I needed it. I was never in any pain so I always declined but I suspect had I accepted it I may have woken up with a catheter.
Son, you are so lucky---I am sure you have thanked your maker for his grace and mercy, if not, do it soon and often.
Blessings
The Ozarks will be nice this spring have you. been to Eureka Springs? Lot of hills but neat place.....
I made a big mistake. I've been thinking about buying a small bike, maybe around 350cc. I haven't owned a bike since when I was stationed in East Africa in the '60s. It was a Suzuki X6 Hustler, 250 cc.
Well, I made the mistake of letting Mary read your post. Not much chance I'll ever get to see a motorcycle of any kind now.![]()
Faulkner ... When faced with the prospect of a catheter, you could have politely stated, "Ma'am, that there is a one way street. Exit only, no entrance."
They hooked me up when i had my heart attack. I don't remember it going in, I'll never forget it coming out..
