Favorite Non S & W Handgun?

I only have two handguns that aren't S&W, an H&R 922, .22, 9-shot revolver, and a Hi Standard Dura-matic .22LR semiautomatic.

Between those two, it would have to be the H&R since my dad owned it for most of my life and gave it to me.

My BERETTA 92F (9mm) with Crimson Trace laser grip.
My 1st handgun, bought new in 1989 and made in my home state Maryland.

My favorite non-S&W handgun? That's not hard to figure out. I only have two non-S&W handguns... a RIA 1911-A1 that has been nicely customized and a SA GI 1911-A1 that is box stock. For nightstand duty, etc., I take the SA GI. For a afternoon at the range punching paper, etc., I will take the RIA. It is remarkably accurate.

Mine would be a Colt Double Eagle in 38 super really cool gun to shoot.

well i have a few colts that i would rather not part with but i think these guys gotta be my favourites , in cowboy your favourites come in pairs :)
ruger new vaqueros
the shorter barrelled pair can clear leather quicker and are slick the longer barrelled pair are more accurate but also slick :)
both pairs bone stock but with many many rounds of 38 spl. and dryfire practice
the stainless 44 has left the building, traded for a colt new service :)

I had a stainless CZ 75B with lots of trigger work. great shooter. I traded it off and miss it.
Right now I'd have to say my Sig 1911 is the favorite.

At the risk of being redundant, Colt Gov't .45 auto. Followed closely by Browning HP, and 60s vintage Colt Trooper .357; Oohh, I almost forgot about my rechambered Colt SAA, in .45 ACP.
