Finally got a 39-2

[3rd Gen Neal]

The LGS took in a 39-2 from an estate sale and I snatched it up. In box w-all papers and the brown anti corrosion wrapping. Even had the extra mag. I got it for 475$ and I am thrilled...can't put it down!! Hope to range it tomorrow.

A 39-2 was the first handgun I bought when I turned 21...

(in 1983 )

... still have it and still carry it from time to time.

Though I have some that are more rare and more monitarily valuable, a 39-2 EXACTLY like yours is my CURRENT grail gun.

I have looked at the pic at least 10 times. No kidding!

What an absolute beauty!! After purchasing a LNIB 3906 last year, I'm looking for a pristine 39-2 myself. I think they're absolutely gorgeous pistols. Without a doubt, a true classic...
