Just over a thousand units apart from one another, s/n-wise.
What I assume is an LE contract model has no agency marking/s,
and dead Trijicons. The other pistol is the normal commercial version.
Trigger pulls are the same, regardless of the mag-disco.

Match markings on right side Frame, Barrel, Slide + will fire with Mag removed make it almost certainly LE contract.
Curious as to TYN markings - I have not seen that code before - is that same prefix as pistol S/N on left?

Correct, the one with all of the add'l serials has none.
