Watching news about whats happening in NY with the Binghamton shooting.
The exact number of wonded and killed hasn't even been tallied up yet, and I see a SOB talking about "wrongful death suits "
He mentioned somthing about steps that could have been taken to prevent things like this from happening!
So ,
I think I have a good case for sueing on the grounds of mental anguish from having to see this carnage!
Wonder how much I can get with the right blood sucker?

The word you are attempting to use is "lawyer."

And you didn't "have to" watch that "carnage;" you chose to. Your proposed lawsuit fails for that reason alone, although there are others.
