At least it seems like I did. Two weeks ago, SGAmmo had a small shipment of Magtech 9mm steel case ammo for sale by 1000 round cases. It was very inexpensive - with insurance (no ammo sales tax in my state) it cost me $232.10. It shipped on the 14th, and according to UPS tracking, delivered to a local UPS Store mid-morning on the 18th. The store didn't have the box. Tracking said the store manager signed for it. He said he never signed for anything dropped off Monday. I checked back Tuesday, and still no box. UPS knows nothing about it - they claim it was delivered.
I contacted a nice gentleman at SGAmmo's Customer Service, and they got the same story from UPS - it was delivered but could not answer where it actually was. SGAmmo is filing a claim for me, as UPS rejected my own claim form because the automated robot said it was delivered. Ah well, I hope the Grinch doesn't shoot Santa.
