Just a note to say hi and express my thanks for such a great S&W resource here. I'm the proud owner of a Model 60, a Model 686 4-inch and a Model 617 10 shot and enjoy them all. Looking for a nice Model 629, too. My non-Smith handguns include a 1951 Colt .38 DS and a 1944 German Army issue Beretta .32 semi. I'm relatively new to wheelguns and don't do any hunting...just range duty.

Welcome from Tenn. That makes two from Tenn. Can any body
get two from there state? Put some pictures of those guns on this
forum, we like them. Don
