Hi guys, just wanted to introduce myself. Currently a LEO in the city of Los Angeles. Stumbled across the forum looking for information on a 4506 as a duty gun. All the great info helped so much. Still in the process on going to LAPD de-cocker school, currently carry an M&P9 Pro Series. Happy to join the forum and talk about what we love....

I am convinced that my 4506, save the grips, would survive a wood chipper. A tad heavy but a joy to shoot.

Haha yes, it's a tad bit heavier than my M&P9. But a joy to shoot. Had a bit of trouble finding parts at first. 4506's are impossible to find out here. Thanks for the reply!
