I was packing a rifle for shipping and noticed the box company's website on the box. They make quite a selection of rifle and pistol shipping boxes. Some of you luckier guys have a nearby gun shop which supplies you with used boxes. I've been making mine out of refrigerator boxes or other similar-sized items. Takes too much time and hot glue. In the future, I'll just buy from this place even though shipping seems a bit high:
