Has Anyone Received Their Ammo & Mag Loader??

Got an e-mail today from FedEx that SAW (Smith and Wesson) in Pahduka, KY was sending me a package weighing 3 lbs. and requires an adult signature. I sent in my rebate form in around the end of June/early July. I am guessing that my mags/reloader/ammo is on the way.

I posted in another thread that my rebate is expected to arrive 3 months after submission. Also fedex from Paducah, KY. I bought the gun and submitted rebate form online 8/18, and it should be here on Friday.

I am sympathetic towards the guys who got butthurt over the slow rebate process.. but pestering s and w or milano probably only increases their workload and delays processing. The extra goodies aren't going to change your life. Lots of people are buying these guns.

I think my Beretta PX4 free holster rebate arrived inside of a month, back in 2011. Needless to say, s and w sells many more mnps than beretta does px4s.

Purchased two Shields, kind of expected to get two rebates. I received one from FedEx today, with no word about the another.
They're both listed on the Milano site, but I'm not about to get on the phone with S&W and waste my time hunting down the other one.

Honestly, slightly disappointed after 3 months of patiently waiting and not pestering anyone with phone calls. I figured they'd get it right, but I guess I'm shorted a rebate due to technical or paperwork error. This is the problem with rebates, it's as if the manufacturer is overworked by their own promises and it leaves the customer with a less than desirable experience in the long run.

I received my rebate package today for my Shield 9. 2 boxes of ammo, 2 mags and the mag loader. It was shipped from Paducah, Ky, just 220 miles from me. Submitted the paperwork on July 11. Waited patiently and today it came. Looks good!

Got the email on Sunday that something was preparing to ship Fedex from Paducah KY and low & behold got the package today! Showed up on Milano site as them processing 8/27 so you have some reference. Good things really do come to those who wait. Now to throw that Mag Charger on eBay and recoup the money I spent on Uplula.

Speaking of which, beware buying Uplula on eBay as the site is fraught with conterfeits. Mine looked great, had very similar packaging and markings but when I sent picture in to real company, they confirmed fake. It does work but for how long... worked with eBay and got very quick refund.

@ Grump01 Some claim they receive a shipping/tracking number and others don't.

@ Vthillman Just take a photo of the receipt and contact S&W through Facebook. They'll take care of it. If Grab-a-gun didn't send a receipt with the full purchase price they'll kick it back. Milano said mine was a lay-a-way because it didn't have no price on it.

@akdude. Not sure. I've had ammo delivered and it will be sitting on my front steps when I get home. lol

The 'servicing' outfit didn't return the receipt, shifty ******s that they are. maybe I can get a copy from GAG. Thanks for the tip.

When I use the Milano website I am shown a rebate I got 7 years ago, but nothing about the one I sent in 8 weeks ago. But after reading most of the posts about this I realized 8 weeks is just about the midpoint.

Mine shows as processed on the Milano site on 8/25
I called Smith and Wesson last week, and the person at Smith actually showed it in their system and it was still awaiting fulfillment/shipping from Smith. She said sometime early to mid Dec...so according to them I still have a couple weeks to wait...

My 1st Rebate had shown on Milano site 8/25/17 and the 2nd showed on Milano 8/31/17 and nothing since then!

This AM got Fedex e-mail saying i have a package due for delivery tomorrow by 8PM, for reference says 8/31/17 but i now wonder if this both or just 1? I would think both would be in same package, since the reference is for the 2nd one, but i don't doubt anything after the 3 month wait!

Also it does say "Adult Signature Required"! Could b due to the Ammo since some companies do require an Adult signature or they want a receipt so no issues will develop later!

Update to previous post

Bought my M&P 9 Shield 8/3. Submitted rebate request online the same day. I received a letter 2 weeks ago from Milano telling me that my submission was invalid because I used a PO box for my shipping address. That was my mistake. The letter said to resubmit the request by mail NOT ONLINE which I did and this week the Milano update site now shows it as a valid request.

UPDATE!
I received an email from FedEx yesterday saying my package was shipped from Paducah, Kentucky and will arrive this Thursday. It will require an adult signature. I guess patience is a virtue.

Mine was submitted on 8/11. It took three months to show up on Milano. I still haven't received anything, but I suppose it will be here sooner or later.

On the other hand, I submitted a $100 rebate for American Eagle ammo on 10/13. I received that check a couple of days before Thanksgiving. Like night and day . . . thanks Federal!

Put mine in the mail on 8/12. Never could get mine to show up on Milano's site so I quit trying. Figured if I get it fine and if I don't fine. I didn't buy my Shield because of the freebies anyway. Pleasantly surprised when I received an email saying mine was shipping today.

Really don't know whats going on, since today i got the mags/ammo for my 2nd Rebate which was sent in 1 week after the 1st, but what happened to my 1st Rebate and since both show on Milano and this 1 was for the Shield, the 1st one was for the M&P 2.0 why didn't they sent both at same time?

Maybe there out of 2.0 Mags???
Wonder if i need to call ?? and see what happened to my earlier Rebate?

Just called S&W and explained my issue and they said the reason i didn't get the M&P Rebate 1st was/is since its a newer model than my Shield it would take a little longer but should be on way next few days!

My Shield mags seemed like they been in storage a long time since white Powder residue/Mold on the black bases and they were "DRY"!

I was able to get in contact with S&W in 2 minutes or so!

I submitted my two on 16 & 28 September. Milano created a record for both today.

Not sure when I'll get them, but I signed up with FedEx so I'll know when to be home to sign.

My $160 value figure was adding up the approximate MSRP values if purchased. The usability of the Mag loader is to be determined.

Nothing like your Fall rebate goodies showing up the next Spring.

At least Marlin sent my $75 rebate within 2 months..and didn't make me get a "goodie rebate" because I live in a state where the cash rebates were verboten.
