Hello everyone, and greetings from Bethlehem, GA. I purchased from my local gun store, 3 days ago, a Bodyguard 380, which sadly to say, the laser has quit working, before I even got to fire it. I spoke with Smith and Wesson customer service and they are mailing me an address label to return the laser to them. I'm not upset or anything like that, as I've heard Smith and Wesson customer support is very good. Anyway, over the last few weeks, I've purchased a Ruger LC9, Ruger LCP, and the Bodyguard 380, haven't shot any of them yet. My wife now says my firearm budget has reached it's maximum level! Anyway, since my I'm new to firearms, I registered to take an NRA pistol course, and my wife and I will be taking that together. Anyway, this is a great forum and I hope to learn a lot from everyone here.

Welcome from down the road in Buford. I have customers in Bethlehem and pass through on my way to Augusta a few times a month.

I'm new here too but have been bitten by the revolver bug and now I can't stay out of this place. Excellent people with amazing firearms (especially revolvers)!

Yep Buford is just down the road, and the NRA pistol course that my wife and I are going to attend, is in Buford. I don't know much about firearms, or revolvers, but we have a couple of Smith and Wesson 38's and a 38 caliber derringer, that we found in a trunk, after my wifes father passed away, back in the 90's. I took them to a gun shop in Athens, and had them checked out and cleaned, I was told that one is a model 36, and one is a model 37. We will take them with us to the gun range when we go, as we're not sure which pistol my wife will enjoy shooting. Oh, and you're right, there is some pretty amazing firearms on this forum.
