Help with front sight install MP 2.0 Compact

I recently purchased a set of Tru Glo TFXpro for my 2.0 Compact. I have these on a HK and love them. I have a P500 pusher and have installed many sights with this tool. However the tight fitted dovetail was too much on my MP 2.0 Compact for this pusher and I had to drift with a punch. I ruined the front sight tritium vial. I'm waiting on a replacement front sight. No gunsmiths near me. Anyone install front with the Wheeler tool? Will the MGW M&P shoe work on the new Compact slide? Any reputable sources for this install? Has anyone had to fit these sights on a M&P? How about S&W smithing? Any help on this is greatly appreciated!!!

Just fit the new front sight before drifting it in. I know dawson precision has a youtube video on properly fitting sights. If fitted properly they should drift in no problem.
