First became acquainted with him after reading his thread “A "Special" State of Mind (The .44 Kind)”. Here is a man who spends more time wearing and using his firearms in a month than most spend in a year. Learned that in addition to his being a full time rancher he had a love and feel for holster making. We discussed a cross draw holster for my pre 1950 44 Spl. He was more than willing to hear my likes and dislikes and to discuss the angle that worked best for me.
