How many guns do you carry at one time?

You guys need to find some better ranges then because...Wow.

Honestly, even the hands-off range officers who basically just periodically drive by the outdoor range I visit on a golf cart wouldn't allow that. In fact, every single table has a big orange list of rules/regulations on it, which are very specific about how you shoot and safety procedure.

In answer to the original question, here in New Mexico, one can carry only one concealed gun at a time. I would think some other states would have the
same restriction, but I may be wrong.

This is all. I feel pretty secure most times, when I don't, these ain't enough. Joe

Never less than 3, but I live a very dangerous life style around very dangerous clients.

I don't think there are any others.

I'm not an expert on the carry laws of all 50 states, but of the ones I've looked at New Mexico is the only one I've found with a one gun restriction.

Not looking for trouble, but it was the 66-4 and a couple of speedloaders for the trip to Costco today....
More masks than an Anime convention.

One rotated between 2 mod 36 3in , a 442 , a detective spl and a 70s colt cobra.I shoot the one im going to carry for the month prior to transitioning to that gun.

Right now, hip and back problems relegate me to carrying a Ruger EC9s 7+1 with a 9 round spare. When healthy, I carry a 2" S&W Model 12-2 with 2 speedloaders and 2 speedstrips or a 4" S&W Model 65-1 with the same reloads. When we have to travel for my wife's medical appointments to OKC or Houston, I carry both S&Ws with .357 Magnums in the speedloaders and .38 Specials in the speedstrips. There's a gun safe in the Jeep with other stuff I might need. I also carry a KaBar TDI and a Spyderco Wayne Goddard. My wife's little gun (a 4" Model 681 with Crimson Trace grips) is her business.

When I was working, I carried a 4" Model 686 with 4 speedloaders, the 2" Model 12-2 in a cargo pocket holster with 2 speedstrips, the KaBar and Spyderco, a Taser, a collapsible baton, pepper spray, handcuffs, a 320 lumen flashlight, and a Motorola brick. Then there was an AR-15 (M4gery) with 7 magazines and a Remington 870 riot gun in the car or the gun locker in the office (after I left the street). I wonder why I have back and hip problems now?

ZERO.

The state of Nevada has to mail me a plastic card first that says they trust me enough that I can protect my own life with only their permission.

And with controna virus going on, that might take just a day shy of forever.

I think you misspelled the name of the virus. I think it's now called Controla Virus.

Usually just a J frame or my old Cobra and a speed strip . If I carry a 1911 I carry 1 extra mag . If I am going where I might be compelled to leave my belt gun in the car I will slip a small auto in my pocket with no reload .

9mm pistol on me.

9mm carbine in the car.

One Shield 9mm with the 8 round mag and one 7 round mag in my weak side pocket. I figure if I need more then that I've ventured into the wrong area, or I've gotten myself into a situation where it's not going to matter how many guns I have on me.

I agree. I don't shoot at public ranges because of what I have seen there unless it's a weekday morning when nobody else is there. I've packed up and left when I see the parade of mutants coming into the range to make noise.

And THAT is the reason that all of my hand gun practice is at MY OWN gun range at home. I give the local sheriffs office a courtesy call when I activate my range, just to keep the hysterical 911 callers at bay. :D

When I need 100-200yd, then I will use the public range. Wish I owned more acreage, but can't have everything... :(

I carry one and do my darnedest to make sure I never have to use it. ;)
There are three guns I carry regularly depending on weather, activity, circumstances, etc.
Colt LW Commander .45acp.
S&W 642 .38 Special
Colt Mustang XSP .380
Always carry a reload.

Of course there can always be exceptions. Depending on conditions, expectations or just my mood, I've been known to carry anything from a .25 acp to a .45 Colt. ;)
