I am wondering if you folks still converse with grey haired,retired old me who are 1911A1 shooters and Russian rifle collectors?
I think that I might have one or two old rusty S&W revolvers laying around here somewhere if that qualifies me to bump elbows with you unwashed masses of wheel-gun shooters. Like everyone else, I am an expert on everything but have no credentials for anything. I still highly value my opinions whether based on science or fantasy.
I am hanging out in the current Covid-19 capital of the South among the mosquitoes, yellow flies and damn redbugs. (which I am having to break my fingers away from the keyboard to scratch) I hear my son and his paw-in-law shooting down at my range as I type, but it is too damn hot out for me, so I thought that while he was shooting up ammo, I would hang in the AC and shoot some BS. I was going to start a thread on politics, religion and sexual preference, but I thought I would see if I can hold my membership for a few hours.
What reminded me of this place was that I was looking for some info on a S&W model 65-2, but I believe that I found the answer to my own question. (difference in 65-2 and a 65-3) What I don't really get is why the 65-2 sells for considerably less than a 65-3, if you use Gun Broker as a guideline.
