Been lurking for a while and glad to make this my first post
 
I've been praying for her daily and I will continue to do so. I hate this disease that hurts so many, both young and old.

Brylee is in my thoughts and prayers, as are you and the family. Be brave; the the outcome will be in the hands of the Lord. I'm sure this is a trial for all of you. Seeing a child in pain is incredibly difficult. I've been there, and all you can do is trust in the skill of the surgeons and believe that through prayer, their hands will be guided by the Almighty. I hope that she will be rid of this affliction and recover nicely. Above all, she needs your love - knowing that she has that will mean everything to her. Please keep us all posted on her progress.

I don't ask the Almighty for favors when I pray. I'm usually more of a "thy will be done" and "give me the strength" kind of pray-er...But not this time. I hope my lap around the beads helps....

Brylee had her cancer surgery the day before Yesterday and all went well. They had to remove the tumor and some of her female organs to ensure that they got all of the cancer out of her. A Preliminary check showed her Number's to be down indicating that she is Free of cancer. We will Know for sure in two week's when they do her Cancer scan again. They took just Four Hour's doing the surgery and let her come home last Night. She is in Good spririt's eating and crawling around again. Regards, Kurt
 
PRAYERS SENT! You know the Good Lord has a special plan for her life now. She survived the delivery, and she will survive this as well. Raise her knowing what she went through and let her thank the lord when she's old enough. She will then know that God has a plan for her life and listen for His direction. I think this child is special in some way.

This is wonderful news! We will continue to pray for the completion of her healing and for a blessed life for the years ahead. What an inspiration she is to so many, including so many she has never met! God continue to bless this little angel, as You already have in so many ways
 
Praise the Lord ! What a wonderful report. I have been praying all this week, morning and night for her, knowing her surgery was thursday. Jesus is in control, he has a plan for her life. I agree with the other poster. When she is old enough, let her know what Jesus did for her. My prayer continues that the next scan will show NO cancer

I've never been blessed with children, much less grandchildren, so I can only imagine what you've been going through with your little angel Brylee. Prayers sent from Texas for her continued improvement & strength for you & all your family.

Hammerdown, I've been reading through this entire thread with tears in my eyes. No little kid should have to endure this sort of thing. Brylee seems like a tough one though and it seems like she's doing well. Please keep the updates coming and we'll keep up the prayers. God is definitely watching over her.
 
Hello All
Yesterday, our family attended Brylee's Chemo Congratulations Party. It was put on by Children's Hospital here in Knoxville, Tennessee where she had her Chemo Cancer Treatment as well as the surgery to remove her cancer tumor. All of her Nurses and doctor's were there to congratulate her on being Cancer free. There was a nice Cake and drinks for all that attended and Brylee really enjoyed her self and the attention that she got. We Now can Move forward from this terrible bought with Cancer. She will have to be Monitored for awhile to make certain that the cancer does not come back but at this time she is shown to be Cancer free. I would Like to Thank everyone that has followed this thread and kept us in their Prayer's & Thoughts and has shown many act's of Kindness during this very Trying time, I am Richly Blessed to have such Good folk's as your self's. Praise The Lord ! What a wonderful report. It honestly brought tears of joy to my eyes when I just read this. I got on my knees and thanked Jesus
for saving this little girl. I truly believe Jesus guided and directed the Doctors in all of Brylee's treatment.
Its a definite answer to prayer.
