If you could only have one!

One? nah.. I'd have TWO.

These two:

Or these two:

or... ah I give up!

And yes they are all mine.

It would have to be my 3" 24, I carry it every day winter and summer, I am never without it. It is big enough to handle anything, and I can conceal it under anything...at least anything in my closet.

my 2 1/2 mod. 66. tough, accurate, dependable, a little heavy, but still carryable in my alessi, or original ******* shoulder rig.

If it has to be from one that I already own...I guess my 4" M64-5 for the extra durability of the stainless and the reasonable power of the .38 spl...if it was just something someone was going to drop off at the house, I guess either a 4" M66 for the reasons stated above plus the additional capability of .357 mag. or a model 28 Highway Patrolman in 4" because I think it's a bad*** looking gun!

Pretty hard choice, but I think it would have to be my 4" 686 for its overall versatility...
  • Size - Large enough to be accurate at distance, small enough to carry concealed.
  • Ammo - .38 special or .357 Magnum. Abundant supply and adequate stopping power.
  • Stainless Steel - Low maintenance for all environments

And of course...
  • Best Looking Revolver Made - If you can only have one, then you might as well be Stylin' and Profilin'!!! :D

I actually only have one... it is that one.

mil-spec 1911A1. Assuming I had to get rid of all my other guns and could keep my spare parts inventory.

If not, it would be something simple and durable like a model 65.

Not my favorite revolver but for versatility, I think I would go with my model 66 4".

As an all around revolver I would go with a 686/P 3in no lock, if you talking as a BUG then 642. Next in line would be 629 5in no lock and then S&W500 6.5in w/full comp(just because lol but def not my first choice)

They don't make it. Never did.
3.5" barrel
K-frame
.357 magnum
FIXED SIGHTS
tapered profile barrel
round butt

They didn't make it, but one of these days I will. I suppose it would be THE ONE, but until then? 4" Model 19

Why so specific on the 3.5" barrel? A 3" or 4" wouldn't do?
