I need help identifying an old revolver found in a relatives estate.
I have a .38 cal top break double action revolver. On top of ridge on barrel is stamped "SCO.", with "A." under directly under. Left side of barrel marked "TO EJECT". Serial number 264313 stamped end of butt, left side bottom of butt, and under barrel swing on barrel assembly.
Long rounded front sight blade. Small V rear sight on break down release.
Rolling cylinder has ejector. Cylinder unthreads quickly from barrel assembly.
Not sure if grip is original. It is very simple with deep long carved grooves with the grain.
