I need help identifying an old revolver found in a relatives estate.

I have a .38 cal top break double action revolver. On top of ridge on barrel is stamped "SCO.", with "A." under directly under. Left side of barrel marked "TO EJECT". Serial number 264313 stamped end of butt, left side bottom of butt, and under barrel swing on barrel assembly.

Long rounded front sight blade. Small V rear sight on break down release.

Rolling cylinder has ejector. Cylinder unthreads quickly from barrel assembly.

Not sure if grip is original. It is very simple with deep long carved grooves with the grain.

It looks like one of the innumerable Spanish or Belgian copies. Any proofmarks anywhere? It appears to have been heavily buffed and refinished so they may be gone. Check under the grips and on the back of the cylinder.
I also think the grips are homemade replacements.

Looks like an Iver Johnson crossed with an S&W. Very odd. I also suspect a Spanish ripoff of the US brands.
