Is the 410 any good?

I searched the forum and didn't find a whole lot on this. My dealer has one in his case for $450, and it looks quite sweet. I have a Ruger SR9 that just came back from the recall repair and I don't like it at all, so I'm looking to get rid of it. I was at the shop today picking my my new-to-me 5903 and saw the 410. Since I don't have a .40 any more, and I don't really much care for polymer, this is looking good to me.

I'm just looking for some info on the 410...I know it's the "value line" but what does that mean, exactly? Plastic sights, guide rod, etc? Can anyone give me some good insight on this one?
