Just Bought myself a 15-22 FDE! but where are the FDE mags?

Just pulled the trigger and purchased the 15-22 MOE FDE version, but I want to get the OEM S&W 25rd FDE Magazines. I have only seen them at one site (44mag.com), but they want a ridiculous amount. $29.99 each. Does anyone know where they are in-stock for less than that?

Congrats and no. Lol. I've given up my search for them at a relatively comparable price. Went with black ones. G&R Tactical has them for for $17.99 but has been OOS for a long time!

My local store has about 20 of them for $25. Denny Dennis in saint Louis mo. Idk if they will ship them but you could at least call them and ask.

The easy solution is to simply paid some black ones in FDE. Rustoleum makes a color called Khaki that is almost spot on to Magpul's FDE.

Here's how the Rustoleum looks:

You can also try Krylon Fusion for plastic #2438 Satin Khaki. This is how close to Magpul's FDE it is:

Buy the black and when FDE comes along buy them. Next shortage sell the black ones for a profit, or try paint. Better to have what you can get then do without right now.

Welcome and great choice. At least you got one. I purchased mine and didn't even have FDE mag in the box. Plain black one. Over here in the UK can't find FDE mags for the love of money. Just for info black mag here costs approx 50 dollars US each. Have seen the web for 44mag cheap by comparison. But guess what? Not available to UK!!!! So guess you don't have it so bad after all. Lol

I've got 8 and I'll never give up my source. Got them about 2 weeks ago.



Just kidding. I got them at 44mag around 25 a piece. The black ones are cheaper at around 15 so I got a few of those too.

There ya go. Looks like they are 29.99 so double the price of black ones. What a shame. You won't find them any cheaper sorry fella better get that wallet out if you want tan or paint em.

Funny thing is.....I just dyed mine pearl gray. I should have offered to trade it for 2 black ones.
