You really do want to test your understanding of the complex laws involving prohibited activities by foreign persons and entities against that of DOJ National Security Division prosecutors? I'm thinking that may not be a useful endeavor, and a person might get injured feelings.

Some folks seem to forget that prosecutors are legally and ethically forbidden to charge and try someone unless they believe he is guilty and have the evidence to prove it.

Except for the Assistant US Attorney who told me once that he knew he had no case, but was going to "Fine him an attorney."

Some speak of "ethics" others speak of "prosecutorial discretion."

The US Government has many faults, and has been guilty of many things in the past, but to see our fellow Americans on here allege that our elected government, and our own government officials, are no more trustworthy than a murderous Russian dictator and his thuggish myrmidons is truly depressing. Propaganda works, and those who are most easily influenced by it are those who deny its existence and/or fail to recognize it when they see it.

So in the name of being a patriot we're not allowed to see or hypothesize that our own government or its corporate allies employs propaganda against the citizens?

My view is that our government automatically gets more credibility than Putin. Our government is light-years more transparent, and can be held to account at the polls and in the courts.

I'm just a 10-year-old kid trapped in a 77-year-old body that still plays with with his little toy soldiers. I leave the weightier political issues to my wife. She's actually held elected political office.

Well lets see here. Was crossing the street outside of the crosswalk the other day, and got charged for jaywalking. The prosecutor didn't like my politics so he separately charged ne for every step taken in crossing the street. Then being thoroughly corrupted by politics, he said my crossing the street was directly related to an unnamed, unproven, untried crime that made each step taken a separate felony.

Course in the pit of snakes, all snakes are legally and ethically forbidden to bite another snake.

Then again, for an obvious political post, no one will complain about it being political untill they are disagreed with?
