Large Brass Tumbler

I'm looking to more efficiently clean large piles of brass. Since BO, I've been re-selected as the local neighborhood ammo guy, a role I like. It makes for great barter.

I'm looking for a NEW LARGE tumbler. Something that will do alot at once. I don't know what is out there.

What do you'all use for large amounts of dirty brass. I'm looking at 2500 .223's to clean and same amount of various pistol brass. Thank you for your experience and help. Beaver.

Google "vibratory tumblers" and you will turn up a variety of very large tumblers that will do what you want. However, they are not cheap! It might be less expensive to run a couple of smaller machines rather than one large enough to take 2500 .223 cases.

I use the Dillon LARGE vibratory tumbler. I have had it for YEARS and tens of thousands of cases. Dillon gives you the capacity on their web site. It is extremely well built and does a superb job. Any bigger and THAT can create it's own set of problems.

I know a commercial loader quite well. He uses a cement mixer as a tumbler and it does a superb job for extremely large quantities. However, it takes up about half of a small to medium size room...

There IS such a thing as "Too much of a good thing"...

The large Dillon does it for me.

I don't think you can get much larger than the Dillon Large one. It will do like 500 30-06 cases at one time. Very well built also.

A small cement mixer works good for LARGE amaounts of brass

My friend uses a cement mixer, as Arthur suggests. He shovels sand into it. Works well.

Ultravibe also makes a large tumbler that is close to the larger Dillon. I have both, both work extremely well.
