I was wondering what is the lowest price paid for a new 15-22 and where? I own a AR15 and love it,but was looking at adopting a younger brother that eats cheaper..

$350. Academy was having a sale and if you bought something for 399.99 and up, you got 50 bucks off.

350-400 is pretty much the low end price for a standard 15-22. I don't know what folks are paying for the MOE model but if you want those specific add-ons then it is worth considering the MOE.

I got mine for $399 last feb/march. my brother got his for $369 in in aug. both came from the same store

MOE edition - $506.61 including shipping from Bud's.
Does not include FFL transfer fee, but those vary.

I hate new guns and new cars. Let someone else pay the premium and get bored with it. Unless you're a dealer or serious collector it will end up used anyway.

The new wears off these fast for most so there are plenty around.

I bought the threaded barrel version for my son used for $375 and it came with 5 mags.

paid $350 shipped from www.jetguns.com $15 FFL fee, for $365 total from out of state (no sales tax either). they sinced changed their price to something like $395 / $405, (nonthreaded, threaded) still a great deal though.

$429 from local gun shop with two of the new mags. Mine has the threaded barrel.

Same exact deal here for me, but got mine from gunbroker.

Got mine at Big 5 $399 sticker price plus 20% off bloody decks online coupon made it about $320.

~$200 worth of watercooling parts plus labor for my stock 15-22 and 2 magazines. I assembled a watercooler for a friends computer, and setup an old computer of mine to be a router/security appliance in exchange for his M&P.

Which big 5 is that? do you still have the coupons. My local big 5 has it on sale for $429.00 that's alot of money for the M&P 15-22.

It was the Big 5 in Huntington Beach CA on Beach Blvd. It was the non-threaded barrel commiefornia version so I had to pay a smith $30 to thread it for me. I got it in early 2010 so the coupon I used is long expired. When they come out they are only good for one weekend at a time sorta deal. Just keep an eye out, type "big 5 bloody decks coupon" in google and you can find them and print them out.

The one I used looked just like this but didnt say excludes firearms in the fine print like this one says...mabe Big 5 wised up and doesnt let you use them for guns anymore.

I paid $509 for my MOE. Not the best price in the world, but I walked in, gave them my credit card, and walked out with it. Plus all the sale went to the local guy. For me, that doesn't seem bad. Picked up a couple extra mags and a VG for it too. All in all, it wasn't the cheapest rifle I've ever bought, but it sure is one of the most fun.

Thanks. Yeah, I have been looking for a deal on a 15-22 here in southern California for a while now. I really would like to get an MOE for a max of $500. really hard to find this deal but I'll wait.

Well I picked one up at the local Gun show yesterday, paid $410 for it plus tax,not the cheapest,But its the threaded version, and I took it home that day,no wait,no hassle.the guy gave me 10% off any accessories too,so I stuck a rubberized NcStar scope, quick detach bipod, and UTG rail covers on it.

$10 =P but that's cause it was won in a raffle. blue spring threaded barred non-moe

got mine at a local shop that had it "on the rack" for over a year. Paid $395 and was given 500 rounds of ammo, spare 25 round magazine, Knight's vertical grip, and 3 knight's rail covers. That was a helluva of a deal (especially if you know how much Knights Armament accesorries cost) !!!
