M&P 15-22 Picture Thread

Never uploaded a pic of mine. I got the new STR from Magpul, it is the best of both worlds for me, I really like it. Just a standard 15-22 with Plinker Tactical Charging Handle, Magpul MOE + grip, STR stock, Magpul RVG, and rail covers, all in FDE. Since photo was taken I have reinstalled my mbus in black. The red dot is the Walther PS-22 from Midway. It has been great for me, the only thing I dont like is the 5 MOA dot.

I'm trying out a new grip. It's from Strike Industries. I'm not sure if I like it more than the afg2 yet. I'll find out soon. The barricade rest will be nice off a fencepost.

looks like one of the fake Spike's cans. Doesn't anyone buy their guns? i have 2 from them, custom built to my specs an M4gery and a middy, real cans. It seems that they are making a killing on the fake ones/shrouds. they make one of the better AR's around, which should be moved to the top tier on the almighty ARFCOM spreadsheet.

What sling mounting/adaptor have you got?

I you're referring to my rifle, the rear one is is a Troy pro grade QD mount (rotation limited), and the front is a Magpul rsa. The Troy mount required some minor fitting.

They are sold by several vendors, including SWS, NZD and TactiCool22, but all are made by a gentleman in Thailand.

I've got a couple of Spike's lowers, M16 BCG's, combat FCG's and buffers. I like 'em just fine. The latest build is a 7" AR pistol which has quickly become my favorite toy (after the 15-22 of course)... It's a mixture of Spikes, VLTOR, Noveske, MWI, PWS, JP, Magpul and Larue components.. a true mongrel
