M&P 15-22 Picture Thread

You can buy 25 rounders you just need a tin in your wallet ;)

Otherwise very fun to have and they are worth it. So much fun to just pop off 25 rounds instead of 10.

No tin yet just some PBA cards lol. Taking a civil service test this coming December wish me luck!

Keeping on topic... Got some more 10 round mag's today.

how do you like the M&P 22 pistol?? was gonna look into getting one my self in the near future

Fun cheap practice! Has run on federal bulk very well and is super Fun suppressed. I usually start with the m&p 22 each range session to get warmed up hehe.

i started with the fde moe 15-22 and just loved it as it was but wanted more so i got a little crazy on buying stuff it, and after putting the stuff on it was well worth it!!!

FDE front fore grip
4x32 acog style optic
UTG bipod
The crayola crayon detailing (was just bored one night)

What color crayon did you use to match the FDE? And what sight is that?

Hey there,
Thanks for the reply.... I dont know why i did not get the notification that you replied i'll re check my settings..

I'll have to go check this out... I have been told that proper shooting does not include using this area as a grip.. but it does feel comfortable..

Thanks..

Hmmmm
Not a lot of Positive reviews.... going to have to think about this one... thanks for the link.. it's cheap enough that if it does not work not a lot of harm done..

My 15-22

Thought I'd load a couple of pics of my competition rifle. Mods include:
Butt Pad
MIAD Grip
NDZ Charging Latch
NDZ SBR Lever
CMC Flat Trigger 3.5#
Nikon 3-7X P-22 BDC Scope
P.E.P.R Mount
Butler Creek Lens Covers
Generic Short Fore Grip
Bi-pod Adapter
Harris Bi-pod
UTG Rail Covers
4 25 Round S&W Mags
Black Dog 50 Round Drum Mag

Seems like we never realize how much we have in a gun until after we're done building it. Oh well, I really like the form and function, so, I guess it's worth it. Shoot tactical steel competitions with it at least twice a month. Should last me a lifetime.

Hey Gig,

Water was great yesterday and today you missed out! Maybe we can hit the range sometime now! lol

Thanks Shawn. The Ace works with any 5.56 AR, but the diameter of the 15-22 buffer tube/receiver extension is to thick for the Ace stock. I believe grinding the 15-22's "buffer tube" down to a smaller diameter would have made the plastic to weak/thin/flexible so rejected that option. Putting on the Ace stock took some careful modification with a hack saw, dremel tool, and JB weld epoxy.

Step 1 of my project was to cut the 15-22's "buffer tube" off of the lower receiver. Step 2 was to expand (dremmel) the well at the rear of the 15-22's lower receiver to fit the included Ace mil spec aluminum buffer tube. I made sure not to remove any of the plastic directly behind the bolt. Step 3 was to epoxy the Ace buffer tube in place, letting it harden for 24-hours before installing the buttstock. It's quite solid.
How well does the ace stock fit? I am wanting to do this but without messing up the lower. And where did you cut the buffer tube at?

It's just an acog style I bought online and I don't remember what color it was ill see if I can find it again

wife's birthday present - I have about 30+ photos and also a few range videos but I did not think you all wanted to see that many pictures. If you want some more just let me know and I will post more up. I bought this through my local dealer as a gift for the wife. They did an amazing job on everything. Came out better then I planned. Wife loves it! Lots of fun. Now I just need to get myself a rifle so I am not always shooting a pink one. :)

I often compete with pink guns. I dress them up for the wife and then end up shooting them. I'm man enough to do it.

My brass is all marked with pink. I borrowed some of my wife's 9mm ammo and it was all returned to me. Generally with a smarmy comment, but hey, I got all my brass back! So it's all marked with pink.

Except for my non reloadable stuff of course.

Thats a pretty good job with the digital camo. I want mine ACU digi colors, but do not know of a place nearby than can do it for me :(. Not confidant on doing it myself either.
