Manu. dates

I have 3 S&W 38's and would like to know manufacture dates, can anyone help?
1. mod 10-6 ser.2D12378
2. mod 10-5 ser. D134434
3. mod 14-4 ser. 76K8793

S&W apparently swamped ...been on hold for 2days...

N307442 = 1975-1976
N626463 = 1979-1980

But remember, we are always talking about approximate shipping dates, not manufacturing dates. With very few exceptions, we simply don't know when a particular gun was assembled. S&W always tracked its guns via the shipping date and they did not ship in serial order. Even the BATFE acknowledges the shipping date of a S&W as the "birth" date of the revolver.
