A 3 year journey looking for the perfect EDC, I’m tired and the S&W Bodyguard 2.0 wins!

Previous guns owned with brief experiences:

Glock 19, it’s pretty much the standard, just too big carrying AIWB for my 5’6” frame

Glock 42, solid gun, short on capacity

Hellcat Pro, great gun, quality, just too big for me

Bul Armory UL 3.25, top heavy with short barrel, awesome 3.5 trigger though

P365X, great size for my small hands

AF1911 S15, too big for my frame but another awesome 3.5 trigger pull

P938 Legion, loved the look and size, had issues with 2 piece guide rod and panel screws

FN Reflex, great internal fired hammer, poor design for dry firing

Walther PDP F 3.5, again too big carry wise for me, best striker fire pull though

LCP Max, fun but snappy

Hellcat OSP, solid gun, no issues

Bodyguard 2.0, great gun after you fix production issues which I experienced with all guns here except Bul Armory & Alpha Foxtrot companies

Kimber CDS9, great 1911 double stack style, too big for my girly hands, nice trigger

P365, the perfect sized 9mm for my hand, quality pistol, endless mods available

HK CC9, great micro, on the heavy side, better suited for medium hands

Bodyguard 2.0 Again, fits my hand with 10 round base plate magazine, lightweight with capable round

New holster came today, Muddy River is my go to for comfort. Thinking gun will arrive end of week and with new 3 day Colorado waiting period, I won’t be shooting it until next week.IMG_5461.jpeg

Bypassed the S&W Shield?

Congratulations. It usually takes some serious trial and error to find that "just right" carry piece. Of course then it's time for the perfect holster dance. It always helps to have favorites but sometimes they're not made for a particular firearm and the dance begins again. It does keep things spicy though.

My BG 2.0 not shipping until tomorrow, probably have it in hand next Tuesday meanwhile I’ll have to rely on my 99.6% CC9 until then!
