One of my carry guns is a 325 NG. During a recent practice session I had several occasions when the long spur on the hammer hung up during presentation. I'd like a bobbed hammer for this gun but question how the MIM hammer will take to lobbing off the spur. My plan would be to buy a spare hammer and have one lobbed, retaining the other for re-sale when I'm gone.
Anyone here bobbed an MIM hammer? Any problems with it?
