I trying to gather some information on my model 10. It was my father in laws. He was a dealer at one point in his life and now I have the privledge of handling his collection. The serial number is C533465. I can find 3 screws. Two on either side of the trigger and one fastening the trigger guard to the body.

Thank you

First, your gun was shipped in 1961-1962.
Second your gun is a four screw, there is a screw under the grips.
Finally, the screw on the trigger guard doesn't hold the trigger guard on, the guard is an intragal part of the frame. That screw if removed will allow the yoke and cylinder to be swung out and slid forward off the gun for cleaning. HTH
