Found this on a local board. It is a 3-inch model 13-2, but is not pinned or recessed. I thought they weren't dropped until the -3 change.

Blue Book is out of date two months before its
publication date. Or maybe a year before.
Not saying the $850 is a righteous price or an
inflated one but Blue Book, ugh.
Its best use is to check on older guns with
some historical context. Not for the prices
but just to get the technicals on them.
And, as an aside to Jack Flash, stop offering
$360 on NIB blued 6-inch Pythons when
we all know they are worth $750.

I've been watching this gun for quite awhile too but it has not sold yet. I'm waiting for the price to come down a bit so it will fit my budget.
Then I guess I got took when I gave the guy $1500 for this last weekend.

He's had it posted at that price since March. Don't think he's in a hurry to sell. Like was said earlier, I will offer him less, worst he can do is to say "No".
Where are trout caught that must be landed with aid from a 357?My 13-2 dates to ~1981. It must be a transition gun because the barrel is not pinned and the cylinder is recessed. Purchased five years ago on GB for $370 it was a risk that, after a trip to the 'smith, turned out to be an excellent truck gun and field companion. It ain't pretty, but it sure is handy. Glad I got one before they became popular.
