More evidence that training is not a MUST.

To give you a synopsis I took a training class Saturday whit a gun I was intimately familiar with and the first time I got thrown a curve in the training I couldn't remember how to get it working. That's with a gun I know like the back of my hand.

I wouldn't even want to think what would happen if someone just handed me a gun I hadn't touched in 5 years.

The other important part of training is learning how to deal with stress.
Maybe some people will wake up with a bad guy in their bedroom in the middle of the night and rise to the occasion (happened to a friend of mine) but a lot will just freeze right there.
