Mr. Fed How I Lost My Guns

Billy, it was on my belt in a holster, loaded with FMJs. When that happened there was no such thing as .38 Supers with hollow-points, so maybe that gives you some idea about how long ago it was. (1969 )

Now the bad news. Once in the water, I thought I had been careful to throw both of my shoes in the canoe but apparently one missed, so in spite of my best effort, that little episode cost a pair of shoes and a some inexpensive fishing gear. It was a long swim to shore pulling along that danged submerged canoe.

My first experience with the treachery of canoes! :D

Not for nothing, but in the states where this is happening, it ain't the feds you will have to tell your story to. The feds are not the ones taking the guns. Is is State Troopers/Agents, city cops, and county cops.

SIGP220.45 has commented on that and he is correct. Some of the states have become very aggressive and, unfortunately, they seem to have the support of their residents - or at least they have enough support that they think they can get away with it. While Fearless Leader in Washington gets all the attention, the local barn door has been left unlocked, almost thrown wide open!

I don't own any guns, I just post pictures of them I find on Photobucket. Guns are evil and my President is against them. He told me to call 911 or just ask the bad guys to leave.

I do have a nice Stan Musial model Louisville Slugger for protection though.
