A shooter can never have enough K38 Masterpieces! My first K38 (14-3?) was purchased new around 1978. It is a 3T model which I use for NRA centerfire matches. My second K38 (14-1, 4 screw) was purchased used around 1993, it is equipped with a service trigger, hammer and stocks. I have since replaced the grips with a Hogue Monogrip, and use it for PPC matches.
The best find, which I wasn't looking for, was a K38 single action conversion kit, still in the unopened hanging blister pack. That was found around 1990.
While I would like to find a K38 Combat Masterpiece, I won't turn my back on another 6" K38 Masterpiece!
