Hi everyone...I just saw a NIB S&W 410S (.40 cal) with C/T laser grips for $769.00. I tried to find more info on this gun from the S&W website but nothing was listed for it. Can anyone let me know if this gun is worth the price and if it is a good gun or not? I can't find too much info on it but it sure looks and feels good. Any shooting impressions? Accuracy/Reliability? Thanks for the help and information...much appreciated.

Advantage,

I bought one about two months ago. Mine did not come with the CT laser sighting system. But it only cost me $389 new. I have a CT laser that will fit the 410S, as well as several other 3rd generation guns. Truth is I don't use it. The laser is cool, but takes a bunch of training to get used to. I was taught to shoot front sight, front sight, front sight. Laser is a different discipline. I can tell you this, practice with the laser and you will see improvement in your trigger control.

Now for the 410S itself. It shoots lights out! Great feel in my hand and the trigger is as good as TDA ever gets. First time out I found the sights to be right on the money for shooting steel plates at 20 yards. I own a mess of 3rd generation S&W's autos. The 410S is as good or better (I like the plastic sights better than the metal Novaks) than its predecessors. I don't think you will be disappointed.
