They allowed him $225 on the 686. I had to laugh he got burnt on that. the CS9 has the metal sights. In 1998 the CS9 was $484.95.He also got one box of 9mm for $9 and a passport hi-ride holster for $20.66

Congrats again. Looks like a sweet CS9. I just wanna know how I can search and scour and never find one, yet they seem to fall in everyone else's laps. It's a conspiracy I tell you!

Got one just like with a EKW serial number prefix, got more in mine than that though ! Great gun at a great deal, if I get a pair of Big Dog grips I may try pocket carry.

Great purchase. Glad it worked out for you. You will be very happy with the way it handles when shot. Enjoy and be safe.

You scored on that one, good catch! Now all we need is a range report when you get it out.

I hope to shoot it friday.my friend says it shoots low thats why he sold it.I will see if it does.

When I bought mine, it had dead after market tritiums on it. Under the foam I found the original plastic with the real bright white dots. Shooting low is the norm apparently. Try some 147's. If that don't do it, just take a little off the top of the front sight.

cs9

Welcome to the chief special group. I have a cs9D from a county sheriff. I bought a cs40 for $400 also. Both are great carry weapons. Big dog grips make a big improvement.

There are two things you should consider.First Big Dog Grips,My CS9 has grip #1 on it as I was the test guinea pig in its developement after asking the question" Can you make your grips for the CS9?"Next the Novac sights shoot low to point of aim and trijicon night sights are the solution. You will love your gun.For anyone looking for a great carry holster for this gun just look up Gould and Goodrich.....Mike

I fired it today and it shot about 2 inches low and about 2-3 inches to the left.but it grouped great.I fired 122 gr lead FPs and 124 gr JSPs and 124 and 147 hydra shoks. what trijicons do i get or do they only make one kind for it?

the 3900s hold 8 rounds and the 3953 is clean and dont have a safety lever. I think the CS9 has a shorter barrel.
