New with S&W Shield 9mm / 40 next week

I am from central California in the San Joaquin Valley where guns are dropping off the approved list like flies. So, I bought my first M&P Shield 9mm in May with 350 rounds fired to date. Great gun. I am picking up my new M&P Shield 40 next Monday. Excited!! Meanwhile, I get to fire it tommorrow at the range where I bought it

New, soon to be conceal carry weapon owner...Gotta love it! CCW!

Shooting my new Shield 40 was excellent! Very impressed with recoil and acurate. Come on Monday!!

Also added a Handall Jr. Hogue grip sleeve for the Shields and it feels comfortable. Only had to trim the bottom slightly to seat the magazine. Instruction are very good and easy to apply rubber grip after boiling.
