My very first handgun was a S&W 686+ 6 inch only a few years back. I sold it not realizing what I had . I've owned several semi-autos since but they don't have the same feel as a revolver. I want to learn as much as possible about revolvers as I can and I came across this website and figured it would be the best place to learn. What would be a good source to learn about S&W history and the evolution of its revolvers? Thanks for all the good information so far and I look forward to being apart of this forum.

*I saw a thread about the youth of today and I agree with most everything said. However, there is hope as I'm only 23, don't shoot .40 cals (I prefer .45 Springfield 1911s), know how to hold a firearm properly, and have saved my grandfathers metals from WWI/WWII. :D
