The media has said on multiple shows, from numerous networks and programs, that the NRA has criticised the President for providing his children with armed guards at their school.
This is a lie, neither the NRA nor anyone I can imagine would say this. We need to expose this false portrayal of what was actually said, "that our children deserve no less protection than the President and other members of society."

I believe that is being championed by a certain blowhard governor who is positioning himself to be the next candidate for president of the other party. Since any child of ordinary intelligence could see what he is up to, one would hope no one takes him very seriously.

Of course the president's children have protection - as they should - and of course he is an "elitist hypocrite" for saying the things he says. It is always hard to have cake and eat it too. Doesn't work, even for him.

Add the blowhard governor to the ever increasing ranks of "elitist hypocrites" who are willing to hang their hats on the gun-violence issue, hoping to advance their careers. No big surprise - and hardly worth taking note of, other than sneering in his direction.

A number of different methods have been implemented to protect our kids at school with limited sucess at best. Then there is the real protection, armed guards. Those that have this option at their disposal use it and who can blame them.
To suggest that this form of protection be available to all children may come across as a pro-gun solution which would be political suicide for those on the liberal left. This is where hipocracy comes in DO AS I SAY, NOT AS I DO.

Not to mention the elder media commentator that compared defeating the supporters of the 2nd Amendment to defeating the Nazis. Bob Shieffer (CBS) insults everyone, basically, from those Jews who were deprived of their God given rights, the forces who defeated The Axis powers, then moved on to those who fought for the equality for American Blacks and others. And predictably, the left has supported and justified this convoluted nonsense.
