There is no SAAMI spec for 45acp +P+. YOu don't see much data for loading 9mm or 45 +P, too much liability risk involved. Without pressure equip, it's diff for even exp reloaders to go over max. Powders do not build pressures in a linear fashion once you reach their max pressure limit.
