Prayer request

Cancer doesn't discriminate. It takes way too many good folks and leaves way too many families in pain and wondering why.

In your case an early diagnosis, proper treatment, a crack medical team and your determination and fight have it under control. Matthew, you are a success story for everyone that who has been touched by this hideous disease. You give people hope and a reason to fight. No apologies needed.

Congratulations on your great news. May everyday bring you health and happiness my friend.:)

mg, This is great news once again.

As you know I lost my wife to cancer and complications a couple of months ago.

If it was given me a choice between you or her. I couldn't. I'd rather rot in hell.

Who am I to decide?

We are all Gods children.

You gotta....

November 24th 2014: I saw my cancer doctor earlier this week, and i have some news to share. I am still cancer free

My apologies to my fellow forum members who have cancer or have family members who have it.

I hope and pray that my good news does not offfend of anger you in any way.

You gotta be kidding. That's GREAT news!:)

mg357 that is great news!!!!!

I know the feeling. In 2005 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer of the colon and liver. My last hematologist visit about 3 months ago he told me he did not want to see me except for once a year.

Am I a religious man, not really but I do believe in G-D and prayers. I had more people saying prayers for me in many different religions.

Now it is your job just like mine to make sure your friends have their annual physicals that could save their life's.

Congratulations again mg357

Sir, rejoice. This is great news. This thread was for you, we were here for you.

We will be here for any member or their family.

That is who we are, family.

Bless your immediate family for their suffering.

I am thrilled for you as I know what you feel. 4 months ago I became cancer free.
After numerous surgeries to my head, neck and shoulder, I am quite the mess but it sure beats the alternative.
I laugh and joke more, I am joyful and grateful and more in love with my wife than I ever was.
Not to drone on about me but to let you know I share the same feelings of relief and the desire to spread my joy to others.

I do continue to pray for your dad.

Bless you both.

I like good news and positive results. And, this is both. I still enjoy your posts, Matthew, and am thrilled you'll be making them for a long time. :)

Bob
