Another Update on Gunner. I've been putting off going to see Gunner as I did not know how I'd deal with seeing him in the body cast.
But I missed him so much I broke down and went to see him this afternoon .
He was sleeping when I got there so I just sat there and watched him.
Finally he started to wake up and I told him Papa loves you and got a small smile from him. I also got him to drink some juice as he has not been drinking like normal.
The good news is he may be able to get the cast removed after 3 or 4 weeks instead of 6 weeks.
Though it broke my heart seeing him in pain that little smile made my heart soar with love for him.
Thank you all again for the prayers!
