Just received my NOS 39-2....Actions by T reduced double action. reduced and slicked up single action crowned barrel new springs etc, etc Will try to post a quality picture.....georgeghost I think they were the best looking semi auto smith ever made...My opinion only.

They are a fine pistol...just this week picked up my third Model 39/39-2..nothing fancy, 1981, metal including barrel and the grips all in good shape....

Looking forward to seeing your pics...

i wholeheartedly agree and own four of them....Just can't seem to leave them in the display case! Use mine frequently in IDPA and as a carry gun as well. However my 3913 usually goes with me due to it's being more compact. Anyway, my thoughts are buy them early and buy them often, You'll never regret it!

Teddy does a great job on an action. My Model 63 was terrible until he worked his magic. You should really enjoy.

Magic is the word. Sadly his health has reduced his work load dramatically, denying many gun owners of his talent and outspoken ways. I have been using him for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. I have spent a lot with him and Novak over the years. I have often wondered why the factories can't seem to put that final finish on what are very good products.
