One way or another RCBS will make it right...

have a few sets like these ... this rod slippage isn't their only party trick. They also like to loosen the expander ball.
If you don't catch it and tighten it, it'll gleefully fold right over when the pin misses a flashhole

Those dies came in a plastic see thru "box" pretty much disassembled. They were pretty much slightly lower quality than a broken set of Lee dies... Just a poor marketing foray by RCBS back quite a few years ago. I had a set in 300 Win Mag...disposable was the best word for them. So I did

Can't hurt to try. They just might replace them for you. They have been know to do that...
